consulting and M&A orientated. A candidate who has knowledge and experience of some of ① – ③ below ① Financial / accounting 1. financial and accounting 2. knowledge and experience regarding tax 3
knowledge and experience regarding corporate finance 4. knowledge and experience regarding valuation ② Consulting - problem solving - preparing documents and presentation - precisely figure out the real problem that clients have and propose solutions. - facilitation that leads discussion etc
③ Analyst - knowledge and experience regarding company analysis and business plan review - knowledge and experience regarding market research and analysis
